"I found ABLE AUDIO through an ad on Craigslist. At first, I was a little hesitant to use a service found this way versus finding someone in the yellow pages or through recommendations from others. (I live 1100 miles away from New Orleans so I do not have any first hand knowledge of area services.) But the flexibility shown by their marketing staff and their responsiveness to my needs overcame that hesitancy.

As for performance on the day of the event, they showed up when they said they would, set up without any additional direction, providing their expertise to blend into the environment unobtrusively but effectively. They brought extra speakers and cables with them because I was uncertain of the environment and what was needed. They also brought a canopy in case that might be needed for this outdoor wedding reception. In addition, they stayed handy (on site) throughout the day in case they might be needed and made sure we were comfortable with using the mixer for the microphone and volume control. And because they were there on site, beak down was immediate at the end of the event with no need for anyone to remain waiting for a crew to show up.
